Regeneration

Contract Regeneration

Your oil, your process, your savings. CILA treats your own oils to restore their original qualities without changing ownership.

The principle

Extend the life of your oils. Reduce your costs.

Contract regeneration is a bespoke service: you remain the owner of your oil. CILA treats it in our facilities to remove water, particles and contaminants, then returns it with its original characteristics restored.

This approach is particularly suited to industrial processes where the oil must maintain precise specifications, such as whole cutting fluids, quenching oils or dielectric oils.

Immediate savings

Fewer new oil purchases. Return on investment from the first operation.

Process continuity

Your oil retains its technical specifications and compatibility with your equipment.

Fewer shutdowns

Fewer complete oil changes = fewer machine stoppages and maintenance interventions.

Reduced environmental impact

Less waste to process, fewer new resources consumed.

    Send a sample

500 ml + SDS of your original oil.

  2. 2
    Laboratory analysis

Characterisation and definition of the treatment.

  3. 3
    Service proposal

    Quote based on analysis results.
