Acceptance Procedure

From initial contact to collection scheduling, CILA guides you through every step.

7-step process

From first contact to regeneration

Our acceptance procedure guarantees regulatory traceability and treatment quality for your oils.

  1. 1

    Sample submission

Take 500 ml of your waste oil in a clean, sealed container. Attach the WID and SDS if available.

💡 WID template available on request
  2. 2

    Laboratory acknowledgement

Upon receipt of your sample, our laboratory sends you an acknowledgement with a reference number.

  3. 3

    Analysis and characterisation

Our laboratory analyses: density, kinematic viscosity, water content, flash point, particle analysis.

    ⏱ Timeline: 5–10 business days
  4. 4

    Commercial proposal

Based on analysis results, CILA submits an offer specifying the financial terms and treatment conditions.

  5. 5

    CAP issuance

After offer validation, CILA issues the Prior Acceptance Certificate (CAP) — the official regulatory document.

  6. 6

    Collection scheduling

Date and terms agreed with you. Our ADR-certified carrier operates at your site with a Waste Transfer Note (WTN).

  7. Service report

Upon completion, CILA sends a full service report: volumes processed, treatments, final results and traceability documents.
