From first contact to regeneration
Our acceptance procedure guarantees regulatory traceability and treatment quality for your oils.

Sample submission
Take 500 ml of your waste oil in a clean, sealed container. Attach the WID and SDS if available.

Laboratory acknowledgement
Upon receipt of your sample, our laboratory sends you an acknowledgement with a reference number.

Analysis and characterisation
Our laboratory analyses: density, kinematic viscosity, water content, flash point, particle analysis.

Commercial proposal
Based on analysis results, CILA submits an offer specifying the financial terms and treatment conditions.

CAP issuance
After offer validation, CILA issues the Prior Acceptance Certificate (CAP) — the official regulatory document.

Collection scheduling
Date and terms agreed with you. Our ADR-certified carrier operates at your site with a Waste Transfer Note (WTN).

Service report
Upon completion, CILA sends a full service report: volumes processed, treatments, final results and traceability documents.
